How much does it cost?

What’s a User?
A User (usually a staff member) is anyone you add to your account. When you add a new User to your account, they will receive an email allowing them to join Staff Squared HR.
What if the number of Users on my account changes?
Any Users you add will be included in your next monthly bill. You can also easily end employment for staff and your next monthly bill will be changed to reflect this. If you pay annually, you will receive an additional 10% on user licenses purchased to allow you to add more staff if you expand. Once you’ve reached your staff limit, you can request an increase to add more staff and we will issue a pro-rated invoice to cover the additional users for the remainder of your current subscription period.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. Direct Debit option is also available.
When do I pay?
The first 15 days are free, giving you the chance to explore and use the system within your business to make sure we are the right fit for your business. If you decide to stay with us (and we hope you will), you can upgrade your account and enter your payment details. We won’t take the first payment until the day after your 15-day free trial period is up, even if you upgrade early. We will then bill you on the same date each month/year.
Are there any other fees?
No. We charge you once a month for the following month’s subscription. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and we will not bill you again.
What if I want to cancel?
We’d be very sorry to see you go, but you can easily cancel your monthly subscription within your account at anytime. You will be charged for your current month, but then you’ll never be charged again.
What if my company is a charity?
Contact us and we’ll arrange a discount for you.
